Your order is getting shipped out from our warehouse within 2–6 days. After that, the delivery takes usually 6–10 days. We always do our best to get your package to you as quickly as possible!

As soon as your package is on its way, you'll receive an email with a tracking link. That way you can follow your order every step of the way.

This is only possible very shortly after placing your order – please email us immediately at support@livacoco.com. Once the package has been shipped, we unfortunately can't change anything anymore.

Our items tend to run a little smaller than usual. If in doubt, we recommend ordering one size up – better a little extra room than too tight!

Check out our size chart directly on the product page – it shows exact measurements for bust, waist and hips. Grabbing a tape measure for a quick check is the most reliable method.

Of course! You have 14 days from receiving the item to send it back – as long as it's unworn, unwashed and still has all tags attached. Please email us beforehand so we can sort everything out smoothly.

Just send an email to support@livacoco.com with a short description of what you'd like to return – we'll take care of the rest. Please don't send anything back without prior arrangement, it makes processing much easier for us.

Once your return has arrived and been checked, we'll refund the amount. This usually takes 5–7 business days – it can vary slightly depending on the payment method.

Your best bet is the care label – that's the most reliable source. In general, we recommend a gentle wash at 30°C, no spinning, and hanging to dry. That way everything keeps its shape and stays beautiful for longer.
