Refund policy

This policy applies to consumers who are entitled to a right of withdrawal under applicable law (in particular, consumers residing in the European Union).

3.1 Right to Withdraw

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, acquire physical possession of the goods. Where an order consists of multiple items delivered separately, the period runs from receipt of the last item.

3.2 Exercising Your Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement, sent to Livacoco Fouquet, c/o Frey Services, Eggstrasse 14f, 8134 Adliswil, Switzerland, or by email to support@livacoco.com. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but this is not mandatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your notice of withdrawal before the 14-day period expires.

3.3 Returning Goods

If you withdraw from the contract, you must return the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day you communicate your withdrawal. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and function.

3.4 Refunds

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs (excluding any extra costs from choosing a delivery method other than the least expensive standard option we offer), without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw.

We will use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed, and you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is earlier.

3.5 Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized, and to sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of hygiene or health protection if they were unsealed after delivery (for example, certain intimate apparel), to the extent permitted by applicable law.
